The Central Springs Inn boasts two beautiful historic buildings in the centre of Daylesford. Our reception, restaurant and conference rooms are located in the old Gentleman's Guesthouse built in 1865. Our Standard, Spa, Open Fire and Family suites are all housed in the National Trust classified Howe's Provender Store dating back to 1875. We also have our more recently constructed building which offers Spa and Standard suites.
All our suites feature an ensuite bathroom, a seating area, tea and coffee facilities, television, toaster, clock radio, heating and cooling, and direct dial telephones.
Our Family suites feature sleeping lofts and can accommodate up to five people.
Breakfast Choices
We serve breakfast daily in our Provender Store restaurant, which consists of a full Continental all-you-can-eat buffet with a selection of breads, cereals, fruit and yoghurt. You can also help yourself to a wide variety of juices, freshly brewed coffee and a selection of black and herbal teas.
Or you can also choose to enjoy a fully cooked breakfast which includes the Continental buffet and a choice of eggs, bacon, tomato and pancakes.
