- Baked semolina gnocchi with pepponata sauce, basil pesto and shaved parmesan
- Portabella mushrooms baked with vine leaves, thyme, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Served with grilled organic sourdough.
Main
- Steak and Guinness pie slowly cooked with bacon, onion and garlic with crisp puff pastry
- Atlantic salmon fillet marinated with lemon, fennel, olive oil and rosemary. Served with a salsa verde
- Panfried chicken breast stuffed with spinach & bechamel and served with a green peppercorn sauce
- Each Main is served with scalloped potatoes, steamed broccoli and French beans
Dessert
- Beurre Bosc pear poached with vanilla beans and served with passionfruit pannacotta
- Sticky date pudding with a delicious orange caramel sauce served with double cream
- Homemade chocolate mousse with chocolate coated scorched almond crumble
